What do i need to bring?

Your cabin or cottage

is fully furnished with bed linens, blankets, bath towels and cloths, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and a beginning supply of bath tissue and paper towels.  We also have coffee, tea, sweeteners, and dry creamers on hand so your first morning is easy.

You need to bring your food (we have fridges with freezers).  If you want to grill out, you can pick up charcoal and fluid at the local stores, or bring your own.  We supply basic BBQ utensils.

Bring “OFF” or other repellent if you are going out into nature, because in summer Arkansas does have chiggers and ticks.  We recommend that you wash with hot water and soap to remove any invisible chiggers from your skin as soon as possible after being in the wooded areas or in any grass or weeds over 8″ tall, where chiggers live.    Chigger bites show up later in the evening when you are at the cabin, and you might think you are being bitten in the cabin, which is not the case.  If you do have itchy red welts come up after a day or two, go get some pure peppermint oil, scratch the welt slighty to rough the skin, and apply a drop.  It stops the chigger cold.

RV spot:

There is both 30 and 50 amp electric hookup, and water supply.  There is NO sewer.

We have a picnic table and grill; you will need to bring charcoal and fluid, and lawn chairs if you like.
