One large open concept cabin with loft. Queen bed on ground floor and 2 singles in the loft. Garden jetted bathtub (for two). Shower. Stairs are regular stairs, nice and wide, with handrail. Kitchenette, linens, dishes. TV set with DVD/VCR and movies, no cable. WIFI. If you are someone who loves the outdoors and nature, this cabin is for you. You might see various wild creatures from the National Forest. BBQ. No pets allowed. No smoking. Children welcome, must be accompanied by adults at all times (steep hillside). Small (10×40) “tiny house,” but complete; everyone loves this cute place with kitchen, bathtub/shower, 2 sleeping lofts (full-size mattresses) with steep stairs/ladder, and one Sealy Posturpedic with memory topper queen bed, on the ground floor in its own little room. WIFI. This cabin is ideal for a couple or family who will be spending a lot of time out of doors (because there is not a lot of extra floor space inside) and wants a cute, clean and comfortable place to sleep, bathe, cook, relax, watch movies. There is a nice large grassy, shady lot, that borders a creek and wooded hillside, privacy fence to give privacy from neighbor. BBQ. (Not completely handicap accessible, as there are 3 steps to enter, 32″ door to bathroom.) No pets, no smoking. Both 30 and 50 amp electric; water hookup, no sewer. There are places in the Mena area that allow dump for small fee.
Has picnic table and a grill and grill utensils.
Privacy fence and wooded hillside give you all the privacy and quiet you could want. 4 kids and pets stay free. Easy to get to the ATV trails from the spot, and good hiking or biking road beyond the spot.
